Chris McGowan
As Founder and CEO of Explore the Blue, I am building businesses ( see also www.Lusiorehab.com) based on my expertise and genuine joy of leadership and a belief that culture is the path to revenue and ultimate sustainability; this was learned from many years in as an Executive and a front line sales leader for ASX listed and privately held companies.
Through leadership, consistency and discipline I provide a rare bridge between the strategic requirements of the business, operations, technical and sales teams.
I believe any target can be met and any customer can be won with the right focus from the individual and commitment from the organisation. My skill is instilling core values, behaviours and beliefs in the entire sales teams by leveraging a range of tools.
The ability to master a constantly uneven playing field without ego ensures longevity and motivation of team members.
My reward comes from coaching, innovating and imparting these experiences. I coach teams to appreciate not just the thrill of the chase or the rush of the win but to take joy from building a meaningful self-sustaining business for themselves and their customers.
Businesses that work with me are seeking to build not through KPIs and short term objectives but a sustained and realistic focus on core disciplines.
Through founding Explore the Blue and team members I have hired along the way I have co-founded and act as CEO for a technology business called Lusio Technology. The worlds first mobile gesture-based gaming company. I love this business and for three years I have bootstrapped it through revenues made in Explore the Blue. That business is seeking to take freedom through movement to 10,000 People by June 2023.

Justin Keenan
Justin has nearly 30 years of experience in recruitment. He has worked for business, founded business and still leverages his lifetime of experience for his clients by still actively working selected appointments. Clients love Justin's disposition, knowledge and focus. And so do we.
Justin's Recruitment experience is only enhanced by his role in Lusio Technology. As a COO of a soon to be global Tech start-up, he has unique insights which he brings to bear for his clients and provide insights to help them in their business.
This includes domains like TGA, patents, product development and agile methodology.
In recruitment, Justin works the full gamut of roles for select clients but is deeply connected in development, technology, gaming and game development.
